Scope and acceptance
These draft terms are designed to govern the Hairia website, mobile application, professional software, booking marketplace, catalogue profiles and related services operated by MagnaCore Ltd. They become effective only after legal review, publication of an effective date and explicit acceptance where required.
Account holders accept the version applicable to their role and market. Hairia records the version, timestamp, account, market and acceptance event. Material changes to fees, payouts or commercial relationships require appropriate notice and renewed acceptance where required.
Hairia and the service provider
Hairia supplies digital discovery, booking, communication and business-management services. Unless an order expressly identifies MagnaCore Ltd or another Hairia delivery company as supplier, treatments and products are supplied by the professional or business shown at checkout.
The partner remains responsible for competence, licences, insurance, premises, service quality, safety, tax and accurate prices, availability and policies. Hairia may act as a disclosed booking or payment-collection agent where the checkout and payment structure says so.
Accounts, roles and authorised users
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use only granted permissions. Businesses are responsible for authorised employees, contractors and representatives added to their workspace.
Hairia may require identity, business, bank, professional or worker-status verification. A software label does not determine legal employment status; the real relationship and applicable law do.
- Client
- Professional or chair renter
- Salon or multi-location business
- Commercial representative
- Authorised administrator
Listings, portfolios and catalogues
Partners must keep services, duration, prices, availability, addresses, cancellation rules and product information accurate and not misleading. Hairia may format, moderate, suspend or remove content for safety, law or platform integrity.
Anyone uploading identifiable content must hold the necessary consent and evidence. Content must not infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights.
Bookings, deposits and policies
Before confirmation, clients must see the provider, service, date, time, location, price, payment timing and applicable cancellation, lateness and no-show rules. Hairia stores the policy version.
Partner policies cannot remove statutory rights. Incorrect entries, duplicates, refunds and no-charge cancellations remain auditable instead of being silently deleted.
Payments, wallet and payouts
Regulated payment providers process card and bank details through secure interfaces. Wallet balances are operational ledger views, not bank deposits unless expressly provided by a regulated provider.
Payouts depend on completed service, settlement, refunds, disputes, reserves, checks and provider rules. Standard and eligible instant payouts may carry disclosed fees. Hairia will not offer a financial feature below provider and operating cost.
Fees, subscriptions and taxes
Subscription, marketplace, processing, communications, AI, website and optional-service fees must be displayed before purchase. Taxes may be added where applicable. Partners remain responsible for their own registration, invoices and reporting unless a written service says otherwise.
No fee may be created or changed retrospectively for a completed transaction. Included usage and renewal or cancellation mechanics must be clear at checkout.
Attribution and commercial rewards
Hairia may attribute a conversion to a campaign, QR code, representative, partner or business profile. Rules, lookback periods and eligible fees must be visible to affected parties before they apply.
Rewards arise only from verified, settled platform revenue or an approved activation milestone. Nobody is paid merely for recruiting a representative, buying access, paying an entry fee or occupying a network position. Team overrides are depth-limited and blocked when Hairia's minimum margin would be breached.
Conduct, delays and responsibility
Partners must provide booked services professionally, safely and substantially as described. Delay, closure, cancellation, substitution and service issues may trigger a documented resolution process.
Compensation or revenue-share adjustment requires a valid contractual and legal basis. Hairia will not make unlawful wage deductions or use a generic checkbox to override worker or consumer protection.
AI, maps and communications
Hairia or YuvoAI may assist with search, quotes, calls, messages and agenda actions. Automated systems use authorised prices and availability and may require confirmation before booking, payment, cancellation or external communication.
Recommendations, routes and travel times are estimates, not guarantees. Users remain responsible for appropriate travel time and local conditions.
Third-party and ecosystem services
Mina Lova Fashion, YuvoAI, CleaneyGo, AnyDeliv, website providers, suppliers and other partners may be offered contextually. The supplier, price, referral relationship and applicable terms must be identified before commitment.
Each legal entity remains responsible for its service. Cross-platform charges require an order, invoice or agreement and separate ledger records.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse accounts, scrape restricted data, manipulate reviews or attribution, create duplicate prospects, send unlawful marketing, upload malicious code, evade fees, impersonate others, harass users or offer illegal or unsafe services.
Hairia may investigate, limit features, suspend access, hold affected payouts where lawful and preserve evidence when security, safety, payments or law require it.
Intellectual property
MagnaCore Ltd and its licensors retain rights in Hairia software, branding, design and documentation. Users retain eligible original content and grant the licence needed to host, display, moderate and deliver selected services.
The content licence ends on removal subject to backups, legal retention, completed transactions and content already shared at the user's direction.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence and mandatory consumer rights.
Business liability caps, excluded losses and service-credit rules require UK solicitor review for every paid service. Consumer claims remain subject to mandatory law and cannot be reduced by an unfair term.
Complaints and governing law
Users should contact Hairia and identify the booking, order or account concerned. Service-quality matters may be routed to the provider; platform and payment matters follow the relevant internal or regulated provider process.
The final agreement will specify law and courts for each user and market without removing mandatory consumer jurisdiction. This draft assumes England and Wales for MagnaCore Ltd's platform contract.
